    We currently ship across India. International shipping may be offered in the future.
  3. Processing Time
    All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
    Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
    In case of high order volume, there may be slight delays. Customers will be informed accordingly.
  4. Shipping Time
    Estimated delivery timelines:
    Metro cities: 3–5 business days
    Other locations: 5–8 business days
    Remote areas: 7–10 business days
    Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
  5. Shipping Charges
    Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.
    Free shipping may be offered on selected products or promotional offers.
  6. Order Tracking
    Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/Email.
    Customers can track their order through the courier partner’s website.
  7. Delivery Issues
    a) Delayed Delivery
    We are not liable for delays caused by courier companies or events beyond our control. However, we will assist in resolving issues.
    b) Incorrect Address
    Customers must provide accurate shipping details.
    We are not responsible for delivery failure due to incorrect or incomplete address.
    c) Failed Delivery Attempts
    Courier partners usually attempt delivery 2–3 times.
    If unsuccessful, the order may be returned to us.
  8. Damaged or Lost Packages
    If you receive a damaged package, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proof (photos/video).
    If a package is lost in transit, we will investigate and provide a resolution (replacement/refund).
    In the rare event that you find an item missing from your order upon delivery, or your product does not arrive, our support team can help.
    For claims of missing items or receiving an empty/incomplete package, a full, unedited, and continuous unboxing video is mandatory.
    Unboxing Video Guidelines:
    The video must start with the package in its original, unopened, and sealed condition.
    Clearly show the shipping label with legible details (your name, address, order ID, tracking number).
    Record all sides of the package to show it is untampered.
    The entire opening process, from breaking the seal to revealing the contents, must be recorded continuously without any cuts, pauses, or edits.
    Clearly show all items received in the package, allowing us to verify what is missing.
    Any claim of missing items without a valid and compliant unboxing video will not be entertained.
    Please contact our support team with your order details and the unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery if you encounter any issues. Our team will investigate with our shipping partners and assist you accordingly.
  9. Partial Deliveries
    In some cases, items may be shipped separately depending on availability. No extra shipping cost will be charged for such split shipments.
  10. Cash on Delivery (COD)
    COD may be available for selected locations.
    Additional COD charges may apply.
    Orders may be confirmed via phone before dispatch.
