CLOTHZ.IN We Make make every effort to maintain our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Please read our policy carefully to understand your options regarding returns, exchanges, and cancellations.
Returns:
We accept returns or exchanges only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.
Requests for returns or exchanges must be initiated within 2-3 days of delivery. Once we receive the product, we will deliver new product within 4-5 working days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges based solely on material preference or minor color variation

Due to the nature of fabric, lighting conditions during photography, and individual monitor color settings, there may be slight variations in color between the actual product and its online representation. We strive to accurately represent colors, but please note that minor color differences may occur.
We appreciate your understanding of this inherent characteristic of textile products.
Wrong Product Received:
In the event you receive a wrong or defective product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
The request must include:
Order ID
Clear photographic evidence
Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no addition
Once an order has been shipped from our facility, we are unable to facilitate exchanges for reasons other than a wrong, damaged, or defective product. Please ensure you review your order carefully before confirmation.
Cancellations might be possible only if your order has not yet been shipped.
If your cancellation request is successful, the refund amount will be subject to deductions of 5% GST and a 2% transaction fee from the total order value. The remaining amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 3-4 business days.
Product Never Arrived / Shipping Issues:
In the rare event that your product does not arrive or encounters significant issues during shipping, our dedicated support team is here to assist you. Please contact us with your order details, and we will work diligently with our shipping partners to resolve the issue and help you receive your product.

Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back to us.
Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Refunds:
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 4-7 days.
Method of return of the refund is original payment method only.
Shipping Costs:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.[unless our side error} Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Used, washed, or altered products
Products without original tags or packaging
Innerwear, customized, or made-to-order items
Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
